My roomates,a friend in my ward all went swiming in the RB (the gym) on BYU campus after FHE. It was so fun to swim laps again and then at the end we had kickboard races and freestlye races and it was oh so much fun. I think sometimes we have to much fun as college students

Winter Semester So Far

New favorite game. CURSES... played it last night and never have laughed so hard This past week was a wake up to how much time i am going to be spending on school work. Love ANATOMY LAB and it is going to take over my life. I will enjoy it though.

Exciting Sunday

My new calling a FHE MOM... i am super excited Tonight went to CES fireside at BYU Marriot Center with President Thomas S. Monson as the speaker. It was amazing. Hoping its a good week with school getting more intense being the 2nd week back and trying to add a class thats already full. Hopefully someone will drop out.

2009 So Far

I have been back in Provo for almost 1 week and it has snowed and snowed. Don't worry more is on its way too. Its fun to play in but walking to school and trying not to fall is always a fun challenge. I am still crazy and run 5-6 miles even with the snow and icy sidewalks. I have only fallen 2 times so far,1 time running, 1 time trying to hurry in my parking lot to meet a friend to walk to class. It just gives me a good laugh every time. First week of School, continuing at BYU has been good so far and with work & more credits this semester it will be keeping me on my toes.I am excited for the adventures and the busy work this semeseter will bring.

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve everyone came over for dinner (mom made some delicious soup, amy brought really good salad) then we all made gingerbread houses. I think mine turned out the best.

Phelps Family Christmas Party

This is one of my favorite holiday family parties. It's always so fun and something i always look forward to every year. We always have dinner and this year their was a short program and included the cunnigham grandkids doing a little skit after dinner.My niece Breckyn wanted to be a part of it so she went up on stage with a big smile of her face even though she didnt know what to do. She is the cute one with the green pants. The Phelps Family Christmas Party always ends in everyone getting on the trailers and going caroling and then hot chocolate and dounts are always waiting when we get back.

BYU vs ASU Basketball Game

Thanks to Friends my sister Holly and I got tickets to the ASU vs BYU Basketball game. It was so fun to support the cougars when i was home. We had a fun group that all went together and everyone but my friend Amy was cheering for BYU except my friend Amy who wore a ASU sweatshirt. It was a good game but BYU lost by 1 point the last 3 seconds of the game in which i think i close call. Was told i made it on TV a few times since i was once of the few loud people rooting for BYU in a surrounding of ASU fans.

Christmas Break 2008

The start of my Christmas Break Was so excited i got to fly home for christmas. I got everything done i needed to so i could go home for 2 weeks i finished my finals, packed,cleaned and organized my apt got off work all by Friday Dec 19 and was excited to be able to make it home that day to go to my niece Breckyn's 6 year old Birthday party. My cousin took me to the airport and on the way it was snowing. It was snowing pretty hard and when i got checked in and went to my gate my flight was departing from i saw their may be a possiblity my flight could be cancelled or delayed bc of how hard it was snowing and how much their was outside. After i sat down the airport announced it was closed. They werent letting any planes leave or land bc it was to dangerous. So i sat their and waited and waited for 7 hours watching the snow fall. Afer the 7 hour wait my plane was able to land and i was able to leave that night and got home about 12:30 am instead of 4:30 pm. Didn't make it home for the birthday party but did make it home for Christmas.
