My Many Blessings

This week i am counting my many blessings. Its been a good week and hopefully will have a fun weekend too. Wednesday went to class talk to my teacher about my test that came with a unfortunate situation and my teacher said lets work with you and get you a better grade on the test. Wont tell you details but grateful for that teacher being so understanding and helpful. Thursday my lab TA is asking how my quiz went and if i need any extra help she will spend time extra time with me. WOW right but theirs more.. Friday (today) was supposed to re-take a test scheduled the time with my teacher and went at that time he asked if i was ready i said truthfully haven't had the time to study like i would like to of he said i could wait till next week when i am fully prepared and i am in full understanding of why i missed the questions i missed on the 1st take of the exam. Wow teachers here at BYU are so kind and willing to help you get good grades. Learned that all you have to do is talk to your teachers, make sure they know who you are and great things can come from that. I am so grateful for my many blessings especially those occurring with school.

Las Vegas / St. George

Friday went to St. George and stayed with my frien Whitney's aunt. Saturday drove to Las Vegas to shop and play on the strip then drove back to St. George saturday night. Sunday went to church then did a photos shoot which inlcuded the St.George Temple. Yes we all ate way to much at the MGM Grand Buffett but it was totally worth it We are so cute thanks to H&M for our new outfits

Valentines

This year received the best valentine. My sister Holly and I decided to send each other Valentine's and yes i got lucky because i got some good stuff. Thanks valentine. Hope everyone has a fun filled valentines day this year. For me it will be spent in Vegas with some fun and entertaining girls. I am so excited for a break from school and work for a few days.

Amazement

Science really amazes me. Anatomy of the the body is such an amazing thing and is very fascinating. Saw a human that was in the process of being dissected (were taking the skin off and saw how deep our spinal cord is in our bodies.) The body is so amazing to study.

Overview of my WEEK

Last week spent every night in the library usually left between 11:00-12:00. Friday night, yes lame i know but was spent studying in the library all preparing for this crazy week. This week FHE monday night, then i have class tues-thurs from 5-8 every night and tues have to attend a review for microbiolgy after class, and i have to take 1 Anatomy lecture test & 1 lecture quiz, 2 Microbiology lecture test, 1 lecture quiz, and 1 Anatomy lab quiz which requires at least 5 hours in open lab studying the lower muscles of the body on cadavers. Yes crazy i know because don't worry i still have to work about 30-35 hours at my job. Its going to be a crazy week with little sleep and several late nights again in the library.. This weekend (valentines weekend/ presidents day weekend) going to VEGAS with friends and to celebrate my friend Whitney's birthday.. Cant wait for lots of fun and a break from everything. Pretty sure its the only thing that will get me through the week. Vegas i am coming to party..

Sunday Mornings

On Sunday mornings before church i skype my family and ask for approval of my church outfit. Gotta look cute to attract the guys...Its my favorite thing to do before i go to church. My mom, sister Holly and my Dad all give their opinions and my mom usually BAKING SOME COOKIES in the background for her young women. Still wondering when i will be sent some of those baked goods...

Roommates

So the other night i came home from the library at 11:00 and my roomates were in bed the light was off and they were talking. I went in their room and talked to them and my roomate Holly says "I am hungry". She asked if I wanted to have a ceral party with her, i said no, i'm trying to not eat so late at night, then she said how about a broccli party. I said i wasnt hungry and next thing i see her jump out of her bed giggling and saw her head for the kitchen. She opened her cupboard and starting eating as she was laughing bc she acting like a kid who doesnt want to be caught doing something. I thought it was so funny and then as she ate we both were laughing about differnt things. It was a funny and random night and it ended with my other roomate getting out of bed to and the three of us laughing as we watched my roomate ate. We have too much fun together sometimes and man do i love these girls.

Super Bowl

Super Bowl party with friends. Was so fun to watch the Arizona Cardinals play even thought they lost i am still proud. Everyone made something and here was the menu: hot dogs wraped in baconm, corn/bean salsa, 7 layer dip, texas sheet cake and I made chippy dippies.
