Christmas Time

One of my favorite things about being older is that i dont need anything for christmas and realize that i like to focus on the true meaning of christmas. I love giving things and for the past few years have been able to visit people who dont have family, help give christmas to a familes in need. This year i have not been able to find a family to help and my family has not found someone to serve this Christmas. Today i emailed my sister to pary that our family would find someone to help and a few hours later i check my email and my sister Amy said she is giving Christmas to a family who doesnt have anything, litterally nothing and then i immediatly call her and we talk and she gave me a some ideas of ways i can help give Christmas to this family with her and her family. I was so so excited i am feeling so grateful this season to help this family. This oppurnity is the best gift i could ask for right now and am thinking this is the best Christmas present and its an early present too.  Merry Christmas to Me.... an oppurinty to help someone is all i want this season.

I love the Temple in the background
Ta-Da Christmas Lights

                                      Lights outside the conference center
                      Ready .. Set... Jump....

Danielle and I in different stages of trying to capture a good jumping picture
If anyone has the chance to see Savior of the World i highly recommend it. It is a amazing musical production that is based on scriptural accounts of the birth and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Dumpster Diving

So you will learn at the Phelps house to never throw away any food in the trash especially cookies or anything sweet and if you do you will see Jerry doing this...

He will start diging through the trash to try to find them

He will find them but learns someone filled the cookie bag with water

Then he will try to dump some water out to try and see if he can salvage any cookies..
Lesson you learn at the Phelps Home never throw away cookies or any sweets because Jerry will be very disappointed and will dig threw the trash the find the sweet treat

'What A Man"

My Grandpa Robert Snedigar known as Pappa was a man everyone will always remember. So many fun memories with him one to which i love is one year for Christmas he made chest's for all the girl grand-kids and is a gift i will keep forever and its has our name's engraved on the bottom. He would always call me "Blondie". He would take his grand-kids to 7-eleven many time for them to pick out a treat. He also was a very good cook and was always willing to share whatever he made.

Just as he wanted.. his casket carried by a john deer tractor

Song practice for the funeral

Pappa was always helping others and was a hard worker all his life.. and thought his family was the most important thing.

Their were so many people that brought food and at mothers you always find something sweet but thought this was the best... the scale right in front of the sweets
